Clint Harrington

Executive Director

Clint Harrington is a Christian, husband, father, and the founder of FinD. Clint also serves as Director, Global Asset Management for Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) over its U.S. Central Region. He is married to Amy Harrington, father to Hank and Hannah, and stepfather to Robby, Scotty and Molly. Clint is an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church where he currently serves on the Men’s Ministry team having previously served on the Senior Pastor Nominating Committee (sourcing Alf Halvorson) and as the Men’s Ministry Elder. In addition, he has either formed, served as speaker, or participated as a team member for MDPC DADS, Men’s Life, Next Steps, MDPC Men’s Retreat, CBGR, Dad’s Campout and Tailgate, and Men’s Core Leadership Team. He is one of the rotating teachers for Daily Bread, his adult Sunday School class. After growing up in Dallas, Texas, he earned a B.A., in Political Sociology, from UCLA and an M.B.A., in Marketing and Real Estate Finance, from Texas A&M. Clint enjoys watching Texas Aggie or UCLA Bruin sports, fishing, hunting and spending time with Amy and the kids.
Ed Everett FinD

Ed Everett

Discipleship Council Chair

Ed Everett is married to Sally and father to their two teenage children, Ethan and Ella.  Ed works as an IT Manager for Shell Trading, where he focuses on IT strategy and business relationship management.  He is a member of the FinD small group Sons of the Bible (SoBs) and has been part of FinD since its inception in 2012.  He attends Hope City Church and is actively involved with the TREXO discipleship ministry.  He has a passion for men’s ministry, helping men find freedom, purpose and calling in our Father’s will.  Ed grew up in New Mexico and received his B.S. in Computer Science from Baylor University.  His hobbies include exercising, woodworking
and listening to music

Laurie Milligan

Ministry Coordinator

Laurie Milligan is an active member of Epiphany Lutheran Church Pearland, having served on the church council and coordinated outreach to the Pearland community. Throughout her life, she has been involved in the church and sought ways to learn more about God. Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) has been a big part of strengthening her relationship with God with the study providing a deeper understanding of scripture and focus on sharing Christ with others. She currently supports Epiphany’s Psalm 68.5 ministry as well as ministries
providing food to those in need such as the Christian Helping Hands local food pantry. Laurie is the owner of Information Solutions Consulting, providing learning and organization development and change management services to non-profits as well as corporations in a variety of industries. She is a native Houstonian, born soon after her family moved to Houston for her father’s work for NASA’s Johnson Space Center. She received her B.A. in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University and her M.S. in Training and Development from the University of Houston. She enjoys volunteering, entertaining, the arts, and spending time outdoors.
