Clint Harrington

Executive Director

Clint Harrington is a Christian, husband, father, and the Founder and Executive Director of FIND. Clint also serves as Senior Director, Global Asset Management for Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) in its U.S. Central Region. He is married to Amy Harrington, father to Hank and Hannah, and stepfather to Robby, Scotty and Molly. Clint is an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church (MDPC) where he currently serves on the Men's Ministry team having previously served on the Senior Pastor Nominating Committee (sourcing Alf Halvorson) and as the Men's Ministry Elder. In addition, he has either formed, served as speaker, or participated as a team member for MDPC DADS, Men's Life, Next Steps, MDPC Men's Retreat, CBGR, Dad's Campout and Tailgate, and the Men's Core Leadership Team. He is one of the rotating teachers for Daily Bread, his adult Sunday School class. After growing up in Dallas, Texas, he earned a B.A., in Political Sociology, from UCLA and an M.B.A., in Marketing and Real Estate Finance, from Texas A&M. Clint enjoys watching inshore kayak fishing, upland bird hunting, Texas Aggie or UCLA Bruin sports, and most of all spending time with Amy and the kids and their dog, Cali.

Greg LaRue

Associate Director

Greg LaRue has been married to Julie since 1997 and has two children, Trace and Rylie. Greg is a full-time real estate broker and Julie works as the Local Outreach Director at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. They worship at Christ Community Church where they enjoy a solid biblical message and their community groups. Julie and Greg are enjoying their now “empty nest” lifestyle, visiting Colorado with their dogs, hanging out with their kids as well as outdoor activities like boating, hiking and biking. Greg is in the small group SOL’s (Sons of Light) since 2007 which was adopted into FIND in 2018. Greg is very excited and honored to be the DC Chair for FIND because he believes in its transformation impact (FIND’s teleios), the brotherly love that is shared among all the members, and the calling to FIND. He believes passionately in FIND’s goal of authentic relationships and spiritual transformation in the pursuit of Jesus Christ.

Melissa Hyde

Administrator

Melissa Hyde was born with a servant's heart. As a stay-at-home mom for the past 14 years, she has been grateful for the time to support and guide her family where there was a need. Melissa has been a reliable philanthropist in every aspect of her life, including her daughters’ schools, the community garden, and the local food bank. If Melissa is asked to participate in a project, she will fill the need. She first got involved with FIND through her husband, Michael. They both felt led to volunteer in assisting with disaster recovery. When another volunteer opportunity presented itself, Melissa not only assisted in the planning, but the actual event as well. Melissa believes in the ministry of FIND and is excited to be a part of the team!  Melissa and Michael have been married 23 years and share two daughters, Rowan and Morgan.


Kayleigh Schwenke

Administrator

Kayleigh Schwenke is an administrator with a servant’s heart and a deep love for the Lord. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from Texas A&M University–Kingsville in 2021, she embraced the role of Executive Assistant & Events Coordinator. A devoted wife and new mother, Kayleigh cherishes the blessing of working from home while witnessing her daughter grow.  Kayleigh is also a passionate supporter of FIND’s mission to bring men closer to the Lord. She believes in the transformative power of authentic Christian brotherhood and discipleship, as emphasized by FIND’s commitment to “transforming men through Jesus Christ in authentic, weekly fellowship in discipleship.” Kayleigh strives to deepen her faith and strengthen her commitment to supporting others in their spiritual journeys.


Rachel Ehorn

Administrator

Rachel Ehorn is a high-energy people person and an organized administrator. She moved to Houston in 2024 after 8 years working in the Wheaton College Admissions Office, most recently as Director of Hospitality. She and her husband have two kids and an energetic dog.  She currently serves at her church co-leading a Sunday School class and helping out in Children's Ministry. Rachel loves the mission of FIND and is committed to excellence as she serves the Lord through her work in this wonderful ministry.


Amy Harrington

Administrator Emeritus

Amy Harrington is wife to Clint, mother to Robby and Scotty, and stepmother to Molly, Hank, and Hannah. As an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, she serves as the Personnel Elect Elder, on the Women’s Ministry Team, and as an occasional teacher of her adult Sunday School class, Daily Bread. She is Of Counsel to the law firm of Walters, Balido & Crain, where she practices civil litigation. Amy enjoys volunteering and has served the Stratford High School PTSA as VP-Membership and as Chair of the Sparta Fund Committee, the Stratford Girls Lacrosse Team as Travel Coordinator, the Memorial Knights Lacrosse Team as Team Manager (5-6 Gold), and has served on many other committees for her children’s schools and sports teams. Amy also serves on the Board of Directors for Home Encouragement Ministries. As a fourth generation Houstonian, Amy grew up in Northeast Houston. She received her B.S., in Psychology, from Texas A&M University, and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. When not working or volunteering, she can be found passionately watching Aggie sports, spending time with her family, cooking, and entertaining.


Christina Densmore

Communications Director

Christina plays a key role in supporting FIND’s mission through her dedicated involvement, while also serving as the Marketing Manager at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church in Houston. She applies her skills in communication and creative strategy to advance God’s Kingdom through both FIND and MDPC. She graduated early from Liberty University with a degree in Business and Marketing and previously led the marketing department at a lighting and design firm in Dallas before moving to Houston.  A lifelong church volunteer, Christina has always had a deep love for the local church and a heart for ministry. Her professional journey reflects her passion for serving organizations with Kingdom purpose, especially in the nonprofit and ministry space. As a new wife and mother, she’s learning to embrace God’s presence in both the chaos and beauty of daily life. Christina is grateful to be part of the FIND community, supporting its mission to encourage spiritual growth and transformation in the lives of others.




Jeremy Poland

Website Director

Jeremy dedicated fifteen years to the pastoral staff of Second Baptist Church, serving both the Woodway and North campuses. He applied his extensive experience in ministry and leadership to foster spiritual growth and community within the congregation, earning a Master of Divinity (M. Div) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Upon graduation from the Mays Business School of Texas A&M, Jeremy was hired by Clint Harrington at Jones Lang LaSalle as the regional commercial real estate analyst.  Currently, Jeremy operates a digital marketing consultancy, providing boutique contractor services to SMBs and non-profit organizations. In addition, he leads two software startups seeking market share at the convergence of AI, automation, and online marketing.  Jeremy is married to his wife Jennifer, and they have nine children and reside on a rural property near Conroe.
