Men’s Discipleship Rooted in Authentic Fellowship

Fellowship in Discipleship (FIND) is a Christ-centered fellowship of men across the Houston area committed to authentic discipleship. We encourage one another daily to trust the truth that God knows us, loves us, and is actively shaping us toward spiritual maturity.

 

FIND Discipleship is a men’s Christian discipleship ministry serving the Houston region through intentional, Christ-centered small groups. We are not a church, but one expression of the Church universal, created to support men who desire deeper fellowship, accountability, and spiritual growth through Jesus Christ. FIND exists for men who recognize they are not perfect and who are willing to walk honestly with others as they grow in faith, character, and obedience to Christ.

FIND small groups are formed prayerfully and intentionally, guided by the design and timing of the Holy Spirit. Each group consists of eight to ten men who commit to meeting weekly for Scripture, prayer, accountability, and authentic fellowship. Most groups are located in or around the west side of Houston, but the heart of FIND is not geography. It is relationship. Groups typically remain closed once they begin in order to preserve trust and depth, while new groups continue to form year-round as God calls more men into discipleship.

FIND Discipleship was founded in 2012 after founder Clint Harrington experienced a season of personal loss that led him to surrender his fears at the Cross and pursue deeper Christian fellowship. What began as a single small group marked by honesty, transparency, and spiritual growth soon became a calling to extend that same experience to other men seeking transformation through Christ. Today, FIND continues to walk alongside men in the Houston region, providing a discipleship community where faith is strengthened, relationships are deepened, and lives are shaped by the grace of Jesus Christ.
