Peter Forbes

Peter Forbes joined the FIND Board of Directors in July 2018. He serves on the Advisory Board of Loving Houston, a ministry dedicated to advancing community transformation in Greater Houston by helping churches partner with local schools, serving as Chairman from 2015 to 2017. Peter is an Emeritus Board member of CanCare, a ministry dedicated to making sure no-one has to go through cancer alone, & he is President Emeritus of National Christian Foundation Houston (NCFH). Peter serves on the Advisory Board of Houston Responds that exists to unite, empower and mobilize churches to respond to disaster and expedite
recovery. Peter was the founding President of NCFH in 2007 and served in that capacity until 2014. Prior to that, he was Director of Fundraising for CityFest Houston with Luis Palau, an evangelistic festival that attracted 225,000 people. Peter immigrated to Houston from Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1975 and spent the first 28 years in business as a Financial and General Executive with both private and public companies. He is a graduate of Edinburgh University, a Scottish Chartered Accountant and was a participant in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University. He is passionate about discipleship, reuniting the Body of Christ in Houston and encouraging others to reach for and achieve their full potential in Christ. Peter worships@ Chapelwood United Methodist Church and is married to Barbara and has three children and three grandchildren.

Jason Barrett

Jason Barrett is a grateful father of two daughters, Addi and Elaina, and husband to Mandi (to whom he has been married for over 25 years). Jason and his family worship at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. He also serves as a member of the Board of Ambassadors for the Osteosarcoma Institute (OSI), an Advisory Board Member for Crestmont Private Wealth and previously served as a Board member for Home Encouragement Ministries, a non-profit, faith-based marriage ministry. Professionally, Jason is the Principal and Founder of JAME Consulting, LLC which provides fractional legal and HR services to businesses with a focus on employment / labor law, IP, employee relations and data privacy.  Before completing law school at the University of Houston, he attended Ole Miss (where he met Mandi) and earned a B.A. in Psychology. For fun, Jason enjoys date nights with Mandi and his daughters, participates in a men’s boot camp, watches college football and basketball and is a lifelong Rockets, Astros and Oilers/Texans fan.

David Hock

David Hock is a Christian father to Colson and Rowan and Director of Finance and Operations for The Schlenker School, in Houston, Texas. Dave is a long time, active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, where he has served as an Elder and as and Chair of the MDPC Men’s Retreat. David has also served as Moderator for the Houston Presbyterian Cursillo and Treasurer for Home Encouragement Ministries. After growing up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he received his B.A., in Accounting, from Franklin & Marshall College. Dave enjoys spending time with his sons, is a rock & roll music “junkie”, and is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles football fan.

Amy Harrington

Amy Harrington is wife to Clint, mother to Robby and Scotty, and stepmother to Molly, Hank, and Hannah. As an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, she serves as the Personnel Elect Elder, on the Women’s Ministry Team, and as an occasional teacher of her adult Sunday School class, Daily Bread. She is Of Counsel to the law firm of Walters, Balido & Crain, where she practices civil litigation. Amy enjoys volunteering and has served the Stratford High School PTSA as VP-Membership and as Chair of the Sparta Fund Committee, the Stratford Girls Lacrosse Team as Travel Coordinator, the Memorial Knights Lacrosse Team as Team Manager (5-6 Gold), and has served on many other committees for her children’s schools and sports teams. Amy also serves on the Board of Directors for Home Encouragement Ministries. As a fourth generation Houstonian, Amy grew up in Northeast Houston. She received her B.S., in Psychology, from Texas A&M University, and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. When not working or volunteering, she can be found passionately watching Aggie sports, spending time with her family, cooking, and entertaining.
