Men’s Conference in Arlington, TX on July 16 & 17.

We’re getting closer to the 2021 Men’s Conference and could not be more excited to gather with you and thousands of brothers in the AT&T Stadium. As we near the event, we know there are several things you’ll want to know. Watch for more emails coming from Promise Keepers between now and the event.

Families and Group Leaders

If you registered for group tickets, it’s time to go into your Brushfire account and add the names of your group attendees. Please add the email addresses as well so we can communicate logistics and details with all men who plan to come to the event.

Just go to http://Promisekeepers.brushfire.com, sign in and add the names of your attendees.

Ticket Info / Day of the Event

On the day of the event, you will use the eTicket which was emailed to you (and is also located in your Brushfire account). The eTicket will be scanned when you enter the event. We will not be mailing out registration tickets or wristbands this year.

Transportation / Parking

Some of the nearby hotels will offer trolley service from the hotel to the stadium. Check out the schedule and details here.

Parking at AT&T Stadium is $15 per day with no in-and-out privileges. Parking details can be found on the AT&T Stadium website. The RV Parking is in Lot 14 and opens at 8:00AM on 7/15 and closes at 5:00PM on 7/16.

Stadium Rules and More

Firearms or knives are not permitted in AT&T Stadium. All attendees will have to pass through a metal detector. NFL stadium rules apply, so no backpacks, no regular sized purses, fanny packs, and only clear bags or backpacks that meet the new bag policy will be permitted. Policy details may be found on the AT&T Stadium site.

Food

Some concessions will be open during the event. Additional details about concessions and food trucks will be released closer to the event. For a list of possible concessions which may be open, please visit the AT&T Stadium website.

Restrictions and Social Distancing
We are excited to announce that the leadership at AT&T Stadium has decided to lift the seating restrictions that have been in place. We at Promise Keepers, and the staff at AT&T Stadium, are prepared to seat 80,000 men on July 16 and 17th.

While the regulations for social distancing and mask-wearing continue to evolve, we are staying in close communication with AT&T Stadium and will update ticket holders with any guidelines or suggestions. You are welcome to wear a protective face mask if you wish.

Language Translation and ASL

We will offer a section for ASL and provide the conference in 10 languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, French, Russian, Gujarati, and more. Please bring your smartphone and earbuds if you want to listen to the real-time translation services.
