Buckminster (Bucky) Farrow is a general surgeon who has been a disciple of Jesus Christ for the last 21 years. He is the father of 3 adult children and a member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church (MDPC). He has been in a FIND group since 2015 and cherishes the sanctification that occurs within his life group. He teaches the middle/high school boys at MDPC and regularly meets with other men to disciple them. Bucky leads a medical mission trip to Guatemala twice per year where they perform 80-100 surgeries during each trip. He is also commander in the US Navy Reserve. He is passionate about teaching God’s Word and inspiring men to more fully submit themselves to Jesus. Bucky grew up in Michigan, attending the University of Michigan, then attended medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia, and has lived in Texas since his surgical training at UTMB Galveston. He enjoys spending time with his adult children, hiking, traveling, reading, exploring wine and smoking meat.
