Provides FIND members with an opportunity to continue their discipleship transformation through Jesus Christ through worship, teaching, fellowship, and shared experiences at the annual FIND retreat. The retreat is designed to foster meaningful spiritual growth, strengthen relationships, and create space for impactful change in each man’s walk with Christ. It also serves as a welcoming environment for guests who may ultimately join FIND, offering a multi-night, away-from-home experience that encourages connection, reflection, and renewal.

Retreat Planning & Support

The Retreat Committee works closely with the FIND Executive Director to establish clear goals for each annual retreat, including:

  • Achieving strong participation from FIND members, with representation from all small groups
  • Encouraging guest participation and identifying potential new FIND members
  • Striving to break even financially, including the use of scholarships when appropriate
  • Sending a post-retreat survey to all attendees within one week of the event
  • Holding a committee recap meeting within two weeks to document learnings and improve future retreats

The retreat is planned as a recurring annual event, traditionally held on the weekend before the Super Bowl.
