What is DC?

The Discipleship Council meets quarterly to strengthen FIND small groups by fostering fellowship, shaping the future of the discipleship ministry, and sharing best practices that encourage healthy growth and accountability.  They also act as a conduit to disseminate important information and feedback back to/from their groups.  The Discipleship Council currently consists of 10 committees that include Shepherds, Service/Outreach, Member Engagement, Jobseekers, Health Checks, Social, Scholarship, Pull 4 Discipleship, Education, and Retreat.   Council members will typically serve two-year terms as representatives of their FIND small group while serving on one leadership committee.

The Discipleship Council is made up of one representative from each FIND small group, helping connect groups, share information, and shape the future of the ministry. This overview explains the role of a Group Representative and how these men serve their groups and FIND as a whole.
