Walking alongside FIND members who are navigating a job search by providing relational support, prayer, and guidance rooted in faith. The committee creates a structure that allows men to access encouragement, wisdom, and trusted connections while remaining grounded spiritually and emotionally throughout the job search journey. Working closely with FIND small groups and the Discipleship Council, the committee helps ensure no man walks this season alone.
