Measuring Transformation at FIND
Many nonprofits measure impact by visible outcomes. Wells drilled. Homes built. Meals served. FIND’s mission is different. Our focus is inner spiritual transformation and growing in intimacy with Jesus Christ, which can be harder to quantify.
While metrics like group retention and member giving matter, they don’t fully capture our mission:
Transforming men through Jesus Christ in authentic, weekly fellowship in discipleship.
The FIND Transformation Survey
To better understand the spiritual growth happening within FIND, we use the FIND Transformation Survey. This short, self-reflection survey helps measure how men are growing spiritually through their FIND group experience.
What to expect:
- 10 quick questions
- 1–10 rating scale
- Takes about 1–3 minutes to complete
Each new group completes the survey prior to launch, and existing members are invited to complete it retroactively by reflecting on where they were spiritually when their group began.
Why It Matters to You
The survey is repeated annually, allowing you to see how the Holy Spirit is transforming your life over time. It’s an opportunity for honest reflection and growth, rooted in Romans 12:2, which calls us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.
- Individual responses are private
- Results are viewed only by you (and leadership support)
- FIND uses anonymous, aggregated data to understand ministry-wide impact
This allows FIND to share a meaningful picture of transformation across the ministry without identifying individual members.
