Walking alongside men who are exploring FIND and discerning whether they are called into authentic discipleship through this ministry. Shepherds meet personally with prospective members to listen to their stories, share how God has used FIND to foster spiritual growth and intimacy with Jesus Christ, and clearly explain the commitment and covenant relationships that define FIND. These introductory conversations typically take place over coffee, breakfast, or lunch and reflect FIND’s commitment to hospitality, confidentiality, and care. Shepherds also serve as ambassadors at FIND gatherings and partner events, helping men understand what it truly means to pursue discipleship in community.

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”Matthew 28:18–20
